Delivery time

We produce all products upon received order. Production time is 7 business days. Please note that for pre-payment orders, production starts from the day we receive your payment. The normal delivery time is 2-3 business days from date of dispatch. Shipping company is UPS. 

Payment

We accept payment by PayPal, bank transfer or credit card. Terms of Payment Sweden 30-days net, within Europe are advance payment on the first order followed by 30-days net. Outside of Europe, the Terms of Payment are always advance payment. Bank details and payment instructions will be provided along with the proforma invoice.

Warrenty

NUD Collection lighting fixtures and components, when properly installed and under normal conditions of use, are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two year from date of sale. NUD Collection/Frinab at its sole option will repair or replace any NUD Collection lighting product defective in materials or workmanship. Such replacement is the exclusive remedy against NUD Collection/Frinab if any of the products delivered prove defective. Invoices for labor charges and/or charge backs for labor will be denied unless prior written approval is given. Any modification to a NUD Collection lighting product not made at the factory will void the NUD Collection lighting warranty policy. Claim of any goods that is freight damaged needs to be done at arrival.
