We hope you love the products and that the brand reach your expectations. If you of any reason wish to return or exchange an item(s) we give you 14 days to contact us and we will give you the best service to fulfill your requirements.
When return, claim or change a product, please notify us either by phone or by mail the reason to it. We need the information to improve the product and brand quality. Please also let us know if you want to receive a refund or if you wish to change to another item.
The customer arrange and pays for the return shipping of the product(s) and be charged for the new shipping if you wish to exchange to another item.
It is our responsibility to send high quality products in secure packaging, but sometimes the products get damaged during the shipping to the customer. If you receive a damaged product, take a picture of it and send us an email as soon as possible together with order number. We will replace with a new item(s) as soon as we can.
If incorrect items has been delivered to the customer, we will refund the total amount that was paid and shipment cost to return the goods.
Refund can be made into PayPal account.
Please note: Items can only be returned in their original packaging. The customer stands for the financial responsibility until the returned item(s) reaches NUD Collection, keep the tracking number until the order is processed.
How to return or exchange an item
- Contact order@nudcollection.com with your order number and reason for return so preparation for your return/exchange can be made at the warehouse.
- Fill in the return note with order number, name of item and your reason for return.
- Include this return note in the parcel.
- Items can only be returned in their original packaging.
