Please follow these steps to complete your purchase
If you shop your products direct in the webshop or in Trending Styles you can jump right to step no 7. If you want to customize your own lampholder in the design tool DESIGN-YOUR-OWN there are a few simple steps first.
1. LAMPHOLDERS – Select your lamp holder
2. CORDS – Select textile color and length for the cord
3. LIGHT SOURCES – Select a bulb, if none is desired, click on the Ø, none
4. MOUNTED COMPONENTS – Select ceiling cup or EUR2 wall plug and color, if no selection is made, the product will be produced as standard version
5. ADD ON’S – Here you can browse several attachments for your suspension.
6. ADD TO CART – Price for your design is shown in the green button.
7. PROCEED TO CHECK OUT – First review your product. If you are finished shopping, choose the green button.
8. CHECK OUT – Now your freight will be shown. We use PayPals Payment services, click on the yellow PayPal button to proceed. You do not need to have a PayPal-account you can still pay with credit card in the next step.
9. Log in with PayPal or choose Pay with Debit or Credit Card. You can choose to create a new PayPal account, use your existing PayPal credentials or pay with your credit card.
10. Fill in required information with PayPals Payment service. You will then be transferred back to our site.
11. FINAL STEP – To complete your order check the box with terms & conditions and press the green button; YAY, Place my order!
If you’ve designed your own lamp holder and want to add another in the same design you can easily do that in the Check out. Just click the + button next to the lamp holder and you can add as many as you like. If you want to add an additional design you just start over with the design-your-own tool.
If you want to add standard products like; light sources, textile cords, extensions and different add on’s, just choose continue shopping and go to the webshop. Here you can select the products you want and add to your cart.
Once your purchase is complete, go to your cart, double check your order and proceed to checkout. See no 8 in the instruction.
We do our best to keep the production time of 1 week and the shipping time of 2-4 days.
